Rotomolded Plastic Tanks (HDPE)
Pioneers Fiberglass manufactures high-quality rotomolded plastic tanks using state-of-the-art rotomoulding machines in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Our HDPE tanks feature seamless one-piece construction for superior durability, impact resistance, and leak-free performance. Ideal for water storage, agricultural, and industrial applications across KSA and the GCC region.
About Rotomolded Plastic Tanks
Rotomolding (rotational molding) is a specialized manufacturing process that produces seamless, one-piece plastic products. Unlike fabricated or welded tanks, rotomolded tanks have no joints, seams, or weak points — the entire tank is a single continuous piece of HDPE plastic.
This seamless construction provides exceptional durability, eliminates leak points, and creates uniform wall thickness throughout the tank. Combined with UV stabilization and impact resistance, rotomolded tanks are ideal for Saudi Arabia’s demanding climate and conditions.
Our Riyadh manufacturing facility houses modern rotomoulding machines capable of producing tanks from 100L to over 10,000L capacity. We use premium HDPE and LLDPE resins to ensure product quality and longevity.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about rotomolded plastic tanks
What is rotomolding and how does it work?
Rotomolding (rotational molding) is a manufacturing process where plastic resin is placed inside a hollow mold that rotates on two axes while being heated. The plastic melts and coats the inside of the mold uniformly, creating a seamless one-piece product. This eliminates weld lines and weak points found in fabricated tanks.
What is the difference between HDPE and LLDPE tanks?
HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) offers excellent rigidity and chemical resistance, ideal for structural applications. LLDPE (Linear Low-Density Polyethylene) provides better impact resistance and flexibility. We select the appropriate material based on your application requirements and specifications.
Are rotomolded tanks suitable for drinking water?
Yes, we offer food-grade rotomolded tanks that are certified safe for potable water storage. These tanks use virgin HDPE resin with food-safe additives and meet international standards for drinking water contact. Specify ‘food grade’ when requesting a quote.
How long do plastic rotomolded tanks last?
Quality rotomolded HDPE tanks typically last 15-25 years or more when properly installed and maintained. The UV stabilization prevents sun damage, and the seamless construction eliminates leak-prone joints. Regular cleaning and avoiding physical damage extends tank life.
Can you manufacture custom rotomolded products?
Yes, our rotomolding facility can produce custom plastic products beyond tanks. This includes containers, enclosures, floats, agricultural equipment components, and industrial parts. We can work from your designs or develop molds for new products. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
